Home buyers in the Bainbridge market need every possible advantage to beat out the competition and get the home of their dreams. Not every website displays all of the Open Houses available. For example, Zillow only displays Open Houses for the brokerages that have allowed Zillow to display them. We display all of the Open Houses. The same goes for listings, we display all of them and just as soon as the MLS sends them.
Generally speaking, on Bainbridge, the majority of new homes are listed by the end of business on Wednesdays. On Thursdays those new homes are open to the Brokers to preview for their clients. On the weekend those homes will then be open to the general public. Many of those new listings will by Monday or Tuesday have accepted an offer.
